At Paylogix®, Consolidated Billing® and/or common remittance is not a sideline offering, a departmental function or a necessary evil. We are not involved in claims, or other administrative concerns. Our expert systems are designed to administer premium billing and enrollment data. We are not compromised by the limitations of systems designed to perform other functions as a primary task. Recent innovations include the implementation of our OCTA program and web-enabled Consolidated Billing® system. OCTA utilizes our integrated electronic document management system to more effectively and efficiently handle incoming service requests. Web-enabled Consolidated Billing® provides a paperless and immediate transaction via secure internet access.

Paylogix® offers a flexible, scalable, reliable and secure system architecture for managing high volume business-to-business invoice presentment and payment processing of insurance premiums. Offered both as a Third Party Administrative (TPA) outsource service and as a true Application Service Provider (ASP) product, Paylogix® enables you to customize your invoicing and payment applications to fit your needs.

We currently provide premium billing services as a Third Party Administrator for over 60 carriers, including the following companies: AEGON USA, AFLAC, AIG, Colorado Bankers, Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Co., Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., Pan American Life, Transamerica Worksite Marketing, and UnumProvident.
