Paylogix®’s web-enabled premium management system now offers employers a quick and easy way to publish complete employee communications online. Sum-ER-EE™ includes a real-time employee benefit statement, illustrating a customized cost breakdown of the benefits provided on the job. Since benefits can be updated during regular billing cycles, Sum-ER-EE™ more accurately reflects the current status of an employee’s benefits package. When combined with Paylogix®’s premium administration services, the program provides the essential elements that employees need to become educated benefit consumers.

Designed to empower employees to play an active role in the participation and administration of their benefits, Sum-ER-EE™ links participant information, enrollment forms, provider access lists, and summary plan descriptions in a secure and easy-to-access online environment available 24/7. Within this portal, employees can link to benefit provider websites, and also have the ability to make changes to personal data, as well as gaining access to current and historical contribution records.
