Paylogix® expands industry leading premium billing services with COBRA administration:

Paylogix® now makes online COBRA administration in a user-friendly environment available for its Common Remitter® and Consolidated Billing® clients. COBRA administration is a technical and complex task for which the rules and regulations are continually changing. However, compliance with these regulations is mandatory, and even inadvertent non-compliance can result in taxes, penalties, fines and litigation. Outsourcing the administration to Paylogix® enables employers to meet COBRA and HIPAA compliance requirements with confidence, potentially reducing liability exposure.

Access to reports and participant activity is available online in real-time. Remittance to carriers remains in a single batch format for all COBRA continuants and active participating employees.
