Paylogix® Adds DocuServ® to Premium Solutions® Portfolio

Paylogix® (http://paylogix.com), a technology based provider of billing solutions to the insurance industry, announces the release of the DocuServ® online document control module for its Premium Solutions® system.

Through DocuServ®, Paylogix® offers controllable access to images and documents that support our clients’ premium billing administration processes. Using the new functionality, Paylogix® partners can scan documents locally, and store them on Paylogix®’s remote servers for viewing by authorized parties.

DocuServ® enables employers, insurers, agents and administrators to exchange imaged data in a real-time paperless environment via a custom web portal. This feature enables secure online access (password protected) to a wide variety of program correspondence, such as insurance applications, payroll deduction authorizations, and customer service requests, etc. Virtually any web-capable computer can become an access point for viewing program documents. The shared environment eliminates the need to make multiple copies or fax confirmations, as files are stored and accessed via a convenient extranet environment.

DocuServ® permits plan providers, employers, agents and even employees to have self-service access to billing and eligibility data, and supporting documentation. “This is another tool that allows us to be more efficient and productive in our efforts to provide a better product to the consumer” states Richard Pfadenhauer, founder of Paylogix®. “A mountain of questions and ambiguities are eliminated when we all have access to the same information simultaneously.”
