Paylogix congratulates Aetna and MetLife on their high ranking on the Diversity Best Practices "Inclusion Index". We are proud to work with companies that are leaders for transparency and inclusion.
NEW YORK, NY — Diversity Best Practices (DBP), a division of Working Mother Media, today unveiled its first “Inclusion Index,” providing data and insight into how the participating companies fared in three areas: demographic transparency; best diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment, retention and advancement; and company culture. Aetna was among the 33 companies that earned a score of over 70% and earned a place on the list.
The Inclusion Index asked companies to provide data in three areas:
Deborah Munster, executive director, Diversity Best Practices, says “The DBP Inclusion Index recognized firms that were transparent in sharing their workforce demographics, and that have best-in-class diversity and inclusion policies, procedures and programs in place to ensure a positive, inclusive environment for all employees. We applaud the Inclusion Index companies for sharing their data and for utilizing D&I best practices to achieve an inclusive company culture.”
Subha Barry, senior vice president & managing director, Working Mother Media, says,
“The DBP Inclusion Index was created to evaluate workplace diversity and inclusion best practices and covers all dimensions of diversity. The war for talent is only going to escalate. Organizations that differentiate themselves and continually look for ways in which to diversify
their workforce and create inclusive environments will be in a far better position to compete in the global marketplace.”
